Okay, so I’ve been going to the gym heaps lately and I’m really into protein-packed vegan smoothies. I’m challenging myself to come up with as many combos as I can. Here’s one of them. It’s so purple. lol.
Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie
1 cup coconut yoghurt
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tbsp chocolate flavoured soy protein powder
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
Splash soy milk
Berries and cacao nibs, to decorate
Just blend everything together fam.
And a quick note – if you’re using frozen berries, check where they’re from. Frozen foods are convenient and can prevent waste but often travel way further to reach you and this is feeding into unnecessary traffic emissions 👌👌 local is best!
