So I got my DSLR out this week instead of using my phone to take pics, finally. One of its first models is the inside of this pretty avocado. Everyone seems to have their own guac recipe – this is mine.
1 ripe avocado
Juice of 1/4 lime
Pinch white pepper
Scoop avocado flesh out using a tablespoon. Smash together with lime juice, salt and pepper and serve.
Keep stored in an airtight container with the avocado seed (this will slow browning) for a couple of days.
