Japan vibes 🇯🇵 ➡ hanami-dango inspired smoothie. How cute are the matcha-dusted raspberries?
To make this, blend together the following:
1/2 cup soy milk
3 tbsp vanilla coyo
1/2 a ripe banana
2 tbsp vegan protein powder (optional)
Then divide into 3 even bowls. To the first, stir through 1 tsp matcha powder plus 1 tsp spirulina for extra greenness. Leave the second white. To the third, blend in some raspberries.
It should be really thick!! Very carefully layer the smoothies into a glass with green at the bottom, white in the middle and pink on top. ❤
