Just coming out of winter, so it’s time for a summery mango and passionfruit smoothie. The cool thing about this one is that it’s the *only* vegan protein smoothie I’ve made so far that isn’t adversely affected in some way by the flavour of the protein. In fact, and this is verified by my mum, the protein makes it taste like cake batter.
1 cup fresh or frozen mango
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
2 tbsp vanilla vegan protein powder
1 cup plant milk (I used soy, as always)
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
2 tbsp passionfruit pulp
Just blend it together! Then layer in a tall glass with some little passionfruit layers inside. I also put some cheeky @sogoodau coconut cream vanilla bean ice cream on top which is absolutely delicious. 😋😋
